Click on Web space on your domain’s control panel.

Click on the link FTP area access data. If you cannot find this link, it means you did not purchase web space with your domain. You need to purchase web space to upload your website onto your domain.

The data for accessing the FTP area will appear after clicking on the FTP area access data link.

This data is required to authenticate and upload your website. It prevents anyone else from accessing your website and modifying it without your authorization.

Make a note of this data and download the FTP manager program from our control panel.

The program requests your authentication data: server, username and password.

Upload files to your web space by simply clicking and dragging files from your computer to the program.

You must upload the index.htm file to the main folder; without this file your website cannot be displayed.

If you are in any doubt about the purpose of the index.htm file, ask an expert to help you or look up a detailed guide on a search engine. We do not provide support on how to create and upload websites.

Lastly, you may need to disable any firewalls on your computer as these can prevent access to your FTP area.
